Arrival Information

We kindly request arriving on time to ensure you receive the full service.

Clients should download and register with the Vagaro app for easier booking, ordering, and rescheduling.

Clients will be able to check in through the app to let us know they’ve arrived. 

We encourage clients to dress appropriately for their booked service and if possible, to leave valuables and jewelry at home.

Cancellation or Reschedule

As a courtesy, you will receive a text and/or an email at the time of your reservation, with a follow up reminder 2 days prior to your visit. All appointments are subject to our cancellation and rebooking policies. Any appointment canceled within 24 hours of arrival will incur a 50% service charge, unless rescheduled. All No-Show appointments will result in a full charge of the entire booking amount.

  • If you need to reschedule an appointment with Light Therapy on the Vagaro app, it works best to cancel the original appointment and book a new one.

Payment and Gratuity

To secure your experience, a credit card is required at the time of booking. Your credit card will NOT be charged until your service is complete, or unless you are a no-show. We accept cash and all major credit cards, as well as Dyad Gift Cards. While gratuities are not included, they are sincerely appreciated.

Gift Cards

Gift cards may be purchased online and sent digitally to the recipient (or yourself!). All Gift Certificates are nonrefundable.

Retail Products and Returns

Due to the nature of our products, purchases are non-refundable so be sure to check each order for accuracy. Let us know if you are experiencing any issues or difficulties so we can be of assistance. If a product is determined to be unsuitable, then we will replace/substitute or issue a product credit to your account.

Spa Etiquette

Light Therapy and Wellness Room visits are designed to be self-service to make it easier for clients to take advantage of these important services. Please adhere to all rules and courtesies while using these areas and ensure you leave the space clean and ready for the next client. If clients are unable to respect the space then they will lose the option to do these services.
