The Wellness Room provides ultimate privacy and freedom where you are in charge of every session. 

You can plan everything out ahead of time, or wait and decide which therapies sound best in the moment. Mix things up at every visit, or stick with a favorite combination.

The beauty of the wellness room is in the flexibility.

This is your time and your self-care.

Begin Your Session


The Wellness Room door will unlock 5 minutes before your session.

After you enter the room, lock the door and check-in for your session. (Use ipad kiosk)

Decide which therapies to use and setup linens accordingly.

Links to short video instructions about the room and equipment can be found below. These links are also located on the ipad in the Wellness Room.

End Your Session


Place used linens in the hamper, dispose of trash and gather your belongings.

Set sauna timer to 60, then turn the sauna off before you leave. (Even if you did not use the sauana)

Use a dampened disinfectant cloth to wipe down all equipment and surfaces.

Check that the room is perfect for the next guest, and then verify the door is locked behind you when you leave.

Instructional Videos


Helpful Tips:

  • Wear comfortable clothes, bring a water bottle and use the restroom before you begin.

  • You can bring water in the sauna, but never set the bottle on top of the heaters.

  • Personal electronics could be damaged in sauna. Use at own risk or bring a book instead.

  • Begin and end sessions on time and allot 5 minutes for set-up & clean up.

  • We have a "you break it, you buy it" policy, so please handle equipment with care.

  • Listen to your body - you are in charge of yourself in the Wellness Room.

  • We are not responsible for bad behavior, poor decision making, accidents or injuries

  • Leave no trace & ensure room is ready for the next guest.

If we receive complaints, then your Wellness access may be revoked.

Additional Information


+1 Sessions

The Wellness Room is designed to accommodate 1-2 people. Any visit can be booked as a +1 session for a nominal charge. Wellness is better with a friend!

Clothing

The Vibration Plate and Sound Bed can be enjoyed while clothed, and you will need to change into a wrap for the Sauna. Light Therapy requires bare skin with all clothing removed and a curtain is provided for privacy during 2 person sessions.

Therapy Sequence

If you plan to use the Sauna then make sure it is the last therapy of your visit. The other services can be used in any order. We recommend the following sequence: Vibe Plate, Sound Bed, Light Bed, Sauna.
