Take 3 capsules daily during Initial Stage.
Reduce to 2 capsules daily for Maintenance.
Important: Take 45 minutes before or after other steps

Dispense 7 pumps directly into mouth both am & pm daily.
Reduce to 6 pumps am & pm in Maintenance Stage.

1 Dose = 2 Bottles
Drink full dose in 60 minutes and repeat every 12 hours until doses are finished.
Take 2 doses every 8 months during Maintenance Stage.
Example Dosing Schedule: 2 bottles from 8am-9am, 2 bottles from 8pm-9pm, 2 bottles from 8am-9am.
